  • What if My Child Can't or Won't Wear a Mask?

Any individual who is not able to wear a mask due to medical reasons must contact the nurse’s office to discuss other options. Please email nurse@hamdenhall.org or call 203.752.2605.
  • What if There's a Spike in Coronavirus Cases in the State?

We are closely monitoring the incidence of COVID-19 in Connecticut and the Greater New Haven area and have developed contingency plans up to and including a return to distance learning. Any such
decision would be made in conjunction with the State of Connecticut and the local health agency.
  • How Will You Decide if School Needs to Close?

Any decision to close campus will be made in consultation with the State of Connecticut, local and state health agencies, our Board of Trustees and the Hamden Hall leadership team.
  • What if My Child Becomes Sick at School?

Students experiencing symptoms of illness will be assessed by the school nurse. Each campus is equipped with a health facility and each contains an isolation area. Students will be allowed to return to school once certain guidelines have been met and clearance has been

Swain Library will be a common space - among many others - for our Upper School students. The main
