DRESS AND CONDUCT
Dress is casual; jeans are allowed. Footwear is required.
Although the summer session is informal, all students and
campers must adhere to Hamden Hall’s school rules. No
radios, ipods or electronic games are allowed.
EXTENDED DAY
In order to provide flexibility for working parents, we offer an
extended day program with both early morning (8:00 a.m. -
9:00 a.m.) and afternoon (3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) sessions. A
wide range of activities and games are enjoyed by the campers
under the direct supervision of our trained staff. In the
afternoon, snacks and drinks are provided for all who attend.
This program is offered for an additional fee and campers can
be enrolled for either morning, afternoon, or both.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
In order to meet state standards and insurance
requirements, each camper/student must have completed
medical and emergency forms on file with the Summer
Programs office prior to the first day of attendance. Forms
will be mailed home with the confirmation of enrollment.
TRANSPORTATION
Our van and bus drivers are registered and licensed with the
State of Connecticut. For further information about our
transportation program, contact Joe Fontana at 865-6158
ext 658.
LUNCH PROGRAM
Lunch is provided for all of our campers. During the six
weeks of summer camp, the Hamden Hall cafeteria will be
open each day with a selection of sandwiches, fruit, dessert,
and drinks.
REGISTRATION
Please register for the programs you wish by filling out the
enclosed application. Use one form per child. Return the
application to Hamden Hall with a $100.00 nonrefundable
registration fee, which will be applied to the
tuition. Any program may be canceled because of
insufficient enrollment, in which case the registration fee
would be returned. Full payment is due prior to the first
day of attendance.
