LAX SKILLZ! & RTS Speed Training Camp August 1-5; $350
Welcome to the LAX SKILLZ! Camp, I'm Coach Kiernan Griffin. I have been a lacrosse coach on the youth and high school level for outstanding institutions such as Eli Youth Lacrosse, Team 203 Lacrosse Club, Hamden Hall, Hopkins School, and Foote School. Throughout the spring and summer seasons, players and coaches are forced to focus on team strategies and concepts that win games. Unfortunately, the stick skils and speed training techniques too often are cut or hurried in practice. At the LAX SKILLZ! Camp, we will dedicate two sessions per day to gaining the stick skills needed to succeed at any level that the camper desires. This year I have teamed up with a premier training staff in Ranfone Training Systems (rtsct.com) to provide an additional session of speed and agility training. This is a very exciting and valuable opportunity to get speed coaching from trainers with decades of combined experience.
This is a non contact camp for boys ages 10 to 17. Campers will have optional pool time each day. In addition to bringing a bathing suit and towel, each player should bring a lunch, snack, sunscreen, lacrosse helmet, gloves, and of course a stick! Goalies are welcome in full gear - see you in August!
